Que Fecha helps families discover and contact local event vendors for quinceañeras, weddings, baptisms, and other celebrations. Send us a message below and we’ll get back to you.
Account & sign-in
- Create an account: Open the app → Profile → Sign up. You need a name, email, and password (6+ characters).
- Sign in: Profile → Sign in with your email and password.
- Forgot password: In the app, open Sign In → “Forgot password?” and enter your account email. We’ll send a reset link. You can also use Profile → Change Password when signed in.
- Delete your account: Profile → scroll down → Delete Account. This removes your profile, favorites, and unclaimed listings you submitted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Browsing vendors
- You can browse vendors without an account.
- Use search, category filters, and distance on the Home tab to find vendors near you.
- Location is optional — you can deny the location prompt and browse by city instead.
- Tap a vendor to see photos, reviews, pricing notes, and contact options (phone, email, social links).
Saved vendors & events
- Favorites: Sign in, then tap the heart on a vendor to save them. View saved vendors under the Saved tab.
- Event planning: Sign in → My Event tab → create an event, then add vendors from their detail page.
Submitting a vendor listing
- Sign in → Profile → Create listing.
- Fill in business info, location, pricing, contact details, and photos.
- Listings may appear while pending review. Check status under My Listings.
- If a listing is rejected, you’ll see a reviewer note and can edit and resubmit.
Reviews & reporting content
- Leave a review: Sign in → open a vendor → Reviews tab → leave a rating and optional comment.
- Report a listing or review: Open the vendor detail page → menu (⋯) → Report. Our team reviews reports and may remove content that violates our Terms of Service.
For vendors & businesses
- Claim your listing: In the app, open your business → “Claim this business.” Sign in, share a phone number, and tell us how you can prove ownership (listing phone, social profile, or a business document). We review claims in 1–2 business days.
- Request removal: On an unclaimed listing, tap “Request removal,” or use the form above with topic “Privacy / data request” and include the business name.
- You can still use the form above with topic “Vendor claim or update” if you prefer email. Include your business name and how we can verify ownership.
